AgendaPIC Privacy Policy

The short version: your calendar, grocery list, reminders, medicines, places and memories stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. When you talk to the assistant, what you say is sent to OpenAI so it can answer. We never sell your information, show ads, or track you across other apps.

What stays on your iPhone (and your iCloud)

Your calendar events, grocery list, reminders and “family memory” notes — kept in Apple's Calendar and Reminders apps, synced by your own iCloud account.
Medicines and dose history, saved places, parking notes and past conversations — kept in AgendaPIC on your iPhone.
Contacts are read on your iPhone only to find the right phone number when you ask to call or text someone.
Your precise location is used on your iPhone for store pop-ups, drive times and parking. It is not sent to us.

What is sent to OpenAI when you use the talking assistant

AgendaPIC's talking assistant is powered by OpenAI. Only while you're in a conversation (or typing in Quiet mode), the app sends OpenAI:

Your voice (or typed words) and the assistant's replies.
The information the assistant needs to help you: your first name, today's date, your grocery list, today's calendar, today's medicine schedule, your saved memory notes, and — when you ask for them — things like calendar events, a contact's name, or a place.
For live web look-ups (store hours, news, weather…): your question and the town you're in. Never your exact location.

OpenAI processes this to produce the answer. Under OpenAI's API terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models, and may be kept by OpenAI for up to 30 days for safety and abuse monitoring. See OpenAI's API data policy. The app asks for your permission before your first conversation.

What our server keeps

A random account number created by the app (not your name, email or Apple ID), your talk-time balance, and the IDs of your talk-time purchases so each purchase is counted exactly once.
The network (IP) address that created the account, used only to stop abuse of the free minutes.
Our server passes your look-up questions to OpenAI but does not store them or your conversations.

Purchases

All payments are handled by Apple. We never see your card or payment details. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Children

AgendaPIC is not directed to children under 13.

Deleting your information

Deleting AgendaPIC removes everything it stored on your iPhone. Your calendar, reminders and memory notes remain in Apple's apps until you delete them there. To have your talk-time account deleted from our server, email us with the account number shown in AgendaPIC → Settings → Talk Time.
